A family member lost her bichon Feb. 25th.  He was 13 years old.  She is heart broken and we would like to surprise her with another male bichon.  She has not been the same since she lost him.  She is the most amazing owner we all want to be a dog in our next life that is how much love she gave her little follow.  My children also adored him.  Looking to spend no more than $100 less would be great as I helped her with the last vet bill.  Able to give references (ie vet info who can verify what a great owner she will be).  Not looking to mate this bichon just to  love it.
